Both an Individual Report and Management Report are provided indentifying, strenghts, possible challenges, opportunities for growth, and a performance improvement plan.   • Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers Insights 360 - The Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers® Insights process allows course participants to benefit from the input of their supervisor and up to eight team members.
